KATHMANDU, April  09: According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal , the tourists were sent back from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)  wenesday. According to the authorities, there were 302 citizens from  Germany in Qatar Airways, and 268 tourists from United Kingdom (UK) in Titan Airways.

Foreign nationals were trapped after government of Nepal announced for the lockdown of the country. They are returning home after coordinating with their respective embassy, ​​said Spokesperson of the CAAN, Rajkumar Chhetri. 

According to Chhetri, 19  international flights have been made from TIA after lockdown. More then 10,000 tourists entered in Nepal and out of them 3,200 are already rescued.
